Hong Kong Trip; March 2012 Pt 5. (Dimsum)

Just tons of Dim Sum that we ate with Kaya's friends at a local restaurant. Her friends were super nice and brought me to places like the Victoria Harbour via the internal ferry and places that I've never planned to visit. Love em! :D

Oh yeah, the food shown were;
Siew Mai, Lotus Leaf Rice, Pork Ribs, Char Siew Bao, Custard Bun.

They're already making me very hungry!

Hong Kong Trip; March 2012 Pt 4. (Hong Kong, Kowloon)

Langham place was actually quite near the place I stayed. I get to know the area well by the third or fourth day I was there. Reason was that I was roaming around in circles and eventually found my way around that place.

They have all the high end brands such as Nars, Mac (cosmetics), H&M, Jill Stuart and others right inside the shopping centre.

I ended up in Causeway bay during one of my tram rides around the town. This place is totally like our Orchard road ( + Sommerset and Plaza Sing)

On top of my favourite tram! Really love these transport system. It's like a personal place for you to reflect and look back on life.

MEOW. RILAKKUMA GACHAPONS. :D <3

Koala Milk Buns. Yeah, they wasn't from Hong Kong and they are also sold in Singapore but I totally love them. It helps me not miss home so much. ;'( (and especially my Chewy...)

From one of the famous Char Chan Teng in Wanchai! :D all for $8SGD. I was crazily shopping among the street market and bought like $30SGD worth of stickers and stuffs and asked the shop owner for directions.  The moment he looked at me he knew that I was already searching for this superb place!

Hong Kong Trip; March 2012 Pt 3. (Hong Kong, Kowloon)

We arrived in the evening in Hong Kong main island. Things turned out to be super unpredicted. First I was talking in the Hotel lobby with a Filipino tourist and missed our shuttle bus to the ferry station :( In the end we had to take a cab down to the ferry station (and luckily we did, imagine carrying 15+kg of luggages per person up the stairs)

Our luggages were huge and had to be moved onto the ferry by ourselves. And getting off the ferry was worst. There were lots of people rushing out of there and their staffs wouldn't help you out even if they saw you having difficulties. I left the ferry earlier (so I wont be blocking the other passengers collecting their stuffs ), cleared the customs and waited for Kaya outside.

To my horror, the staffs from Turbo Jet came running after me (I thought I violated some customs laws or what) and told me that Kaya injured herself. I thought it was just a small injury and realised that she broke her toe nail along the bridge on the ferry.

I remembered that I was telling her how the plank was unstable and moving when we first went to Macau. D:

It was a terrible and she had to be sent to the hospital while I got an 'VIP' service where one of the staffs from Turbo Jet sent me to the Hotel in a Taxi. The taxi uncle even jokingly asking who I was when he saw the kind of service I've got.

Was searching around the place where we stayed for a clinic where Kaya can clean her wound. I was wondering around the area and 'accidentally' stumbled into the famous Fa Yuen Street where they sell super cheap items.

And this is Kaya in her Kitty specs.

I cleared like every body's souvenirs just by walking along the street. :D

Was searching for something in Mongkok and this shop just kept appearing. Its like 2 or 3 shops along one street! :D

AND YES! THIS WAS RILAKKUMA LAND IN Arglye centre, mongkok! :D MEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~

Oh-oh! And I tried this when I saw Kaya eating it. At first I was a little afraid that I might get tummy upset (since my stomach had always been super weak). So I just tried one of the squid and it was YUM-YUM! o(^O^ )o and you can even choose the kind of sauce that you want.

Hong Kong Trip; March 2012 Pt 2. (Macau)

Went to Fisherman's wharf, love the buildings around there! They were so European style and it felt like being teleported back into time. A after tea would really be nice here... (oh life...)

Right outside Macau Town Square! There were tons of tourists like us admiring the beautiful buildings all around.

And with Kaya buying her almond biscuits. I have to say, Macau still have the best Almond biscuits!

Hong Kong Trip; March 2012 Pt 1. (Macau)

Hello everyone, I'm finally back! No-no, I didn't visit Hong Kong for a month or what, just that I was totally busy and tied down with stuffs from school ( yeah, even when I have graduated) and also busy preparing the stuffs for Uni's application. -Phew-

This March we (Kaya & Me) went to Macau and Hong Kong mainland for 9 days! D: Good gracious me! The first few days was fun, fun, fun & fun, then it was boring, boring, bored. :( Maybe I was there for too long and was missing the people at home too much.

Anyway here comes the part on Macau!

We went out straight the moment we checked in the hotel in Macau. Er, actually we didn't really stayed in Macau, we stayed in Taipa which was a few bus stops and a bridge away. Was totally excited when we came out at night for dinner at the Taipa town square! :D

Was walking down the streets and saw this store! Yay! Rilakkuma Madness for the win! ;) Oh, the signboards on most shops (or rather all!) was in Protroguese.

Totally love the mail box! A total fusion of western (body of mailbox) and eastern (the Chinese roof) mixture.

Along the streets of Taipa Square.

Where we had our Protroguese cusine for dinner. Totally love how the place was built. It felt that we were on some streets in a European country.

We tried the famous Pork Cutlet Bun here!

And ta-da! How its looked like. It's like er, one piece of pork on buns. -.- and then add a lot of oil and there you go...

Oh well, I'll just stop here.
