November's Beauty Hauls

November's Beauty Hauls

I've been crazy this month! Spending like a few hundreds in the last few weeks after reading another blogger's post about beauty care. And also this article from stomp which shows how a Japanese lady who is in her 40s but look like she's in her 20s. -bows to her-

Anyway, the scars on my face had gotten better. :D YAY! After so much panicking it finally heals a little, like a little less reddish. But sadly the lines are still visible for now. I hope it'll go off soon. D:

Bought a lot of facial products from Watson as they were having sales. :P Like some of the items where like 30% off. AND AND..
I FINALLY BOUGHT MY CANDYDOLL CHEEK COLOUR! (after considering for soooooo looooooooooooong DX)

But I'll share the item review another time :)

and now to the progress of my scar...

.

ta-da! to my ugly skin! LOL.

And yeah, they were slightly visible as compared to yesterday. And when makeup was applied they can't be seen at all. But being a vain pot, I can't feel sad about these 3 lines on my face. So I bugged aunt to buy me some more beauty products. =3

She bought me the Amethyst Marvel Gel which was $19.90 after discount. (Original was $24.90). The gel I had to say was a little too watery, I regretted not taking 'Cure' (which I find too expensive, $42). And also when the gel was rubbed off, it was like sticky. I am not really sure why mine was sticky but the tester didn't feel like that at all.

Being a worried vain pot, I went online to goggle for scars remover and found Bio Oil! I had no idea what it was but there were great reviews on the product. Most of the reviews were for scratch marks removal (T_T"') which I had no need for. The sales personnel at Watson asked me if it was good as they were a lot of people buying that product. I didn't know as I have not tried it before, but I did tried the oil on the scars on my feet and I think it kinda works! :D I'll take the picture of my unglam legs another day, when the results are more obvious. =3 Byebye people! PS: The Bio Oil wasn't expensive, its only $15.50!

I am upset!

Yeah, this is the super ugly me right now D: I have no idea how I got those scratches on my face too. I only knew that they existed when I applied my toner before going out and found out that something on my face stings. :(

And yeah, I am pretty upset now! D: I have no idea how to get rid of them and I don't wanna be disfigured by my own nails. (What happened was my face was itchy and I started scratching it) Bought some Aloe Vera Gel to smooth it out already, hopes it gets better tml! D:

Shall get my beauty sleep now, nights :)

Korean BBQ Buffet

Meow! Brought some coupons from Groupon Singapore for a Korean BBQ dinner at Bugis :D Went there with bf and Takeshi. The food there was so-so, selection wise isn't too much (but what can you expect from a $10+ buffet?) and the place was very oily. We don't even need wheels on our chairs to slide. (Like literally!) The only thing that was nice was the marinated chicken. A little too saltly but that was the only tasty thing around D: (sad to say)

We then had apple crumble (my fav!) and custard pies from Ritz Apple Strudel. I totally love the apple crumble there! :D (I like it heated up too :3)

Bought some badges from SIX in Bugis Junction, they were really selling them off at really low prices ;)

And with Takeshi hiding from my camera. =/

A day being the (not-so) Russians!

Hey People! I'm back after a long day out with bf's family for lunch! It was great after another day of eating :P And we finally catch Twilight: Breaking Dawn today. Movie was not that bad but well my lunch was even greater! We had Russian Cuisine! (Chiang-Chiang!)
Top left (clockwise): Starter, Bread with butter, Side; Escargot and Borsch soup. It was my first time on the escargot, but I think it will also be the last time.. >_< Just doesn't taste too good to me. I took a some scoops from bf and find the Borsch soup tasty, but bf's mum said it was too much of vege, I think that's why I liked it. :P
My main dish! Its Shaslik Pork with Russian Salad. Doesn't look as tasty as it sounded. =/ Was super dry and nah, wont try it again :( It only tasted a little better with the Russian Salad that came along with it. =/
Top left (clockwise) Sides; Caviar wrapped in Egg and the deadly Escargot. The Caviar in egg was a little salty to my liking, but well, it was one of the food that tasted better than the others (other than the salad and the bread). We went on to TCC to have dessert...
Top left(clockwise): Cranberry Cheese Mousse, Devil Tiramisu and the High Tea Palate. Mine was the cranberry one and as usual bf will ALWAYS select the most tastiest food :( The cranberry was smooth and a little sweet just like what you would expect of normal dessert. On the other hand, Bf's Devil Tiramisu was heavenly! It doesn't taste too sour, neither too sweet, just nice for someone with a semi sweet tooth like me :D We didn't ordered the Christmas Palate but I got the picture by snapping other's order :P I just wanted to snap the little gingerbreadman on the side!

And then we had a light dinner at Saybons. We had the mushroom soup and their Tomoato Mozzarella Salad. :D The soup was 6/10, quantity was not much (it was already a large size) but the salad wasnt that bad a 7/10 for a vege lover, it not too salty either! :D

And Thank You to these people for the wonderful lunch and tea I had. =3

A missed out movie date

Was supposed to catch Twilight today :( But both of us went out too late, so we didn't managed to get any tickets :( And dear was 40mins meeting me D: Was walking around and ended up buying him his favourite Red Velvet Cupcakes and some stationeries. :P

My Chubby boy. :P

Bf's Salmon Bento. He was letting me eat the better food. *touched*

My favourite less sugar Macha Latte from MOF.

Chicken Karei (Curry) with Rice in hot stone pot. Er, the rice was ok. Curry wasn't too saltly but the bowl wasn't big! It LOOKED big, but no! It was so shallow. =.= not even 1/4 height of my teaspoon.

Bf's Red Velvet Cake, it wasn't cheap. :( It was like $10.50 for 2.

Red Velvet with Cream Cheese and Banana Earl Grey. I didn't get to try the Red Velvet, but me and my Aunt shared the Banana Earl Grey. It was really delicious! The cake was moist (even though I had stayed out for more than 4hrs) and it wasn't too dry like other cakes. The cream wasn't too sweet or too creamy. :D LIKEY LIKEY. 10/10. (I am not really picky about food)

Bf's Vanilla Ice-cream with fruits. I was scooping all his fruits away :P
And yeah, something really unpleasant while we were there was the service. Not only that they were slow (Ministry of Food, Suntec City) but also, they totally forgot to take our order!

We were waiting for around 10 mins before checking with another staff why the dessert wasn't served. In the end we found out that it wasn't even keyed in at all. Like duh. -.-

The same thing happened at the Bugis outlet the other time round, Bf & me was trying to spend time while waiting for the movie to start, in the end the drinks took around 15mins to come and we had to leave soon for the movie.

I mean their food isn't bad but... oh well, the service was just bad.

And these were my huals. :P I couldn't resist the cute Rilakkuma notepad ( I saw it a lot of times at Kinokuniya and the Bugis A'n'BC outlet) and finally decided to buy it! :D hehe.
